The day as a thread that holds
At La Casa dels Ocellets each day has a recognisable shape: moments of activity and moments of calm alternating, like breathing. This repetition isn’t empty routine, but a safe frame within which children can be free.
They don’t rush from one activity to the next. They have time —real time— to play, observe, repeat and finish what they’ve started. It’s in that unhurried time that concentration, independence and confidence are born. This way of working draws on Waldorf pedagogy.

Every day we share how each child's day went: how they ate, how they rested, what they enjoyed. We believe in a relationship of trust and transparency.
A respectful settling-in
Arriving at the house happens little by little, at each child's pace and with the family alongside, so the step is safe and calm for everyone.
When a child knows what comes next, the world becomes a safe place to dare to grow.
